Housing Technology: LHP’s revolutionary IT support services

Earlier this year, we launched our new online support service hub for colleagues across the organisation. Based on the Halo system, this incorporates not just IT & Digital Services but also Communications, People Services, Training & Recruitment, and Facilities.

We were approached by Housing Technology to share the story of why we made this decision, how we set this up with our teams and then integrated this into the organisation.
