Third Party Authorisation

Third Party Authorisation

There may be a time when you want us to talk to someone else about your tenancy.

You might have a family member looking after your rent payments, or would like your partner to report repairs, or you have a friend, carer or other advocate who you’d like to be able to contact us.

If you want someone else to discuss your tenancy on your behalf, this is called ‘Third Party Consent’ and is covered by strict data protection regulations, the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which was introduced in May 2018.

If you would like to nominate someone to discuss your account on your behalf, email us or call us to request a paper copy.

You may need to remove 3rd party permission if your situation changes, you can do this by emailing us, or calling us.
