Introducing Our New Customer Promises

We’re thrilled to unveil our new “Customer Promises”, a testament to our commitment to putting our customers first and promoting a culture of Listen, Act, and Learn.

These promises were created in collaboration with a group of customers, using the National Housing Federation’s Together with Tenants charter commitments as a guideline. As early adopters of the charter, we’re dedicated to fostering positive relationships between landlords and social housing customers.
