Shaun leads many of our corporate services, including people, culture, digital, governance, communications, sustainability strategy and regulation.

Shaun joined the organisation in September 2022, after more than a decade working for Homes England, the national housing and regeneration agency. Shaun was the agency’s director of communications and led several culture and digital programmes, including its hybrid working approach.

Shaun grew up on a council estate in Teesside so he is passionate about the purpose of social housing and moved to LHP to have a more direct impact on communities. Shaun is also a mentor for the Social Mobility Foundation and a Board Member at Peaks & Plains Housing Trust.
