Right to Manage

The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 sets out legislation in which circumstances could give the opportunity for the flat owners to run their own affairs and to make own decisions about the management and upkeep of their flats, including the insurance, repairs, service charges etc

The ownership of the building will stay with the Landlord.

This process is called Right to Manage.

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership will work with any Leaseholder who may wish to pursue this.
