Improving our digital services to customers is one of our primary focuses.

We launched our customer portal and smartphone app, MyLHP, in August 2021.

MyLHP means customers have more control of their tenancy, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Customers are able to access MyLHP from their computer or compatible smartphone device. With MyLHP, we’re improving our services to meet our customers’ ever-changing needs. This includes:

→ Being able to pay their rent through the portal and app, as well as setting up payment plans more easily

→ Make enquiries about their tenancies easier and quicker than ever before

→ Report a repair and keep track of its status

Just to confirm Leaseholders are not able to have a MyLHP account. This is because we are not able to limit access, i.e. remove the permission to be able to raise a repair or the tenancy management session.
