Introducing our new CEO

We have some great news to share – after an extensive search, we’re pleased to confirm that we have appointed Ceri Theobald as our new Chief Executive Officer.

Ceri is currently Group Director of Strategic Partnerships & Growth at Futures Housing Group, based in the East Midlands. Since joining Futures in 2020, Ceri has played a key role in delivering ambitious growth plans for Futures, with a focus on building strong partnerships and developing and investing in homes. He has also managed important community engagement, customer relations and sustainability initiatives.

Ceri’s professional involvement extends to the regional Chartered Institute of Housing, the Regional Council of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), and he serves as Chair of the Green Space Advisory Board.

We conducted an extensive search for our new CEO and we believe Ceri’s leadership skills, customer focus and business expertise will help LHP to achieve even better results for our colleagues, customers and local partners in the years ahead. We will let you know when Ceri will be joining us as soon as we can – and we will be arranging opportunities to meet our new CEO when he officially joins us.
