Lincolnshire Housing Partnership Maintains Stable ‘A-‘ Rating from S&P

We’re pleased to share that S&P Global Ratings has affirmed its ‘A-‘ rating. Additionally, our Stand Alone Credit Profile (SACP) has been upgraded from ‘bbb’ to ‘bbb+’. These ratings mean that S&P believe that we are a financially stable and well-managed organisation.
