Sustainability Report 2024

We are very proud to launch our second annual SRS Report.

We understand that transparency and accountability are crucial. That’s why we’ve adopted the industry-leading Sustainability Reporting Standards for Social Housing and will continue to launch a progress report each year. These rigorous standards, encompassing 46 key criteria, are followed by over 100 housing associations. They provide a comprehensive framework for measuring and reporting on our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.

By adhering to these standards, we are ensuring transparency in our sustainability efforts. We hold ourselves accountable for our actions and remain dedicated to driving positive change for the benefit of our residents, stakeholders, and the wider community.
